Whiting Fillet - Frozen

Often overlooked, this member of the Cod family has delicate small white flakes and a delicious creamy and savoury flavour. Unlike its more ocean-going cousins, Whiting prefer to swim around in predatory shoals in shallower inshore waters. It is wonderful simply grilled and served with one of our flavoured butters melted over the flesh.
